Verified Lots Only
Every lot we present has been sourced from a supplier who has passed our qualification process — field inspection, moisture testing, outturn verification and at least two trade references.
Process
Three steps from brief to shipment — we handle the complexity so you focus on your import business.
Tell us the product grade (RCN, W240, W320, W450, splits), origin preference, volume, destination port and target incoterm. Our form takes less than 3 minutes.
TropLink screens our qualified supplier network — producers and exporters who have passed field visits, phytosanitary checks, moisture/outturn testing and trade reference verification.
Once you confirm a lot, TropLink coordinates the full documentation pack, liaises with the shipping line, and supports you through to Bill of Lading release.
Buyer advantages
Beyond a directory of names — TropLink qualifies every lot, every supplier, and every shipment before you commit a dollar.
Every lot we present has been sourced from a supplier who has passed our qualification process — field inspection, moisture testing, outturn verification and at least two trade references.
We maintain active supplier contacts across Côte d'Ivoire, Guinée-Bissau, Bénin, Ghana and Tanzania. Our network coverage gives buyers access to competitive FOB pricing and counter-season supply.
Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, SGS/BV inspection report, fumigation certificate, weight certificate and bill of lading — all in one package before cargo release.
We only introduce buyers and suppliers after a commercial brief is confirmed on both sides. No bait-and-switch on grade, moisture or volume. Disputes are rare — and managed if they arise.
Product catalogue

W240
Large whole white kernels, 200–240 pieces per lb. Premium grade for confectionery, premium retail and food service. High demand in Europe and the Middle East.
W320

W450

MOQ
TropLink works on full container loads. Below are typical weights per container type by product category.

|---|---|---|
| FCL 20' | ≈ 25 MT | ≈ 18 MT |

Weights are approximate and depend on product density, packaging and stowage. Consolidation below FCL may be possible in exceptional cases — contact us.
Export documentation
Every TropLink shipment comes with a complete documentation pack. You receive copies of all documents before cargo is released.
Issued by the relevant national authority or chamber of commerce, confirming the country of origin of the cashew lot. Required for customs clearance and preferential tariff treatment under EU trade agreements.
Issued by the national plant protection organisation (e.g. ANADER in Côte d'Ivoire). Certifies the lot is free from regulated pests and diseases — mandatory for entry into the EU, UK, US and most Asian markets.
Independent inspection at loading port by SGS, Bureau Veritas or equivalent third party. Confirms quality, moisture content, weight and packaging condition before loading.
Issued by an accredited pest-control company after treatment with methyl bromide or phosphine. Required by most importing countries for plant-based commodities.
Finance
TropLink works with the main international payment instruments. The preferred term depends on your trading history with us.
LC at sight
Letter of Credit at Sight
The most secure instrument for first-time transactions. A confirmed LC from a top-tier bank protects both buyer and seller. TropLink recommends LC at sight for first shipments.
CAD
Cash Against Documents
Documents are released against payment via the buyer's bank. A practical middle-ground for established trading relationships — lower cost than LC but with clear document control.
TT 30/70
TT — 30% Advance
30% advance payment against proforma invoice, 70% balance before or at BL release. Available for buyers with an established trading history with TropLink.
Deal closing
Once the supplier, specs and shipment window are validated, use the secure Stripe checkout to settle the matching fee for your cashew deal. This online step is designed for standard lots starting at 20 MT.
On the Stripe page, keep only the commission line selected before paying so the deal confirmation stays aligned with the agreed brief.

FAQ
TropLink is a sourcing intermediary, not a warehouse operator. We maintain active lot pipelines with our supplier network. During and shortly after the West African main season (March–June), spot lots for immediate shipment are frequently available. Outside the main season, we work on forward contracts with confirmed origination. Contact us with your grade, volume and timing — we respond within 24 hours.
For spot lots: typically 2–4 weeks from order confirmation to vessel loading, depending on port of origin and vessel schedule. For forward contracts placed before or during the season: 4–8 weeks is standard, covering origination, processing, inspection and loading. We provide weekly status updates from contract signing to BL release.
Yes. TropLink can arrange supervised supplier visits for qualified buyers — typically during the main harvest season (March–June in West Africa). Visits are subject to prior agreement with the supplier, a signed NDA, and reasonable travel logistics. Contact us to discuss the scope. We accompany buyers for the full visit and translate where needed.
